We all like to think we’re health conscious at IM KING, so I brought in my Perfect Push Up for us to use at work. Everyone felt they could out do the other and I decided we should duke it out. This Push Up product is no joke and It’s a lot harder that you think. Most of the guys gave the competition a good run, while others couldn’t keep up if their life depended on it. Let’s see who wins..

So Kimo and I took a trip to Hollywood the other night and got the pleasure of  hearing Shawn Jackson lay down one of his new tracks produced by one of my good friends Exile, let me tell you….that shit was HEAT!!! It’s always so exciting for me to get invited to studio sessions, makes me remember why i love music so much.

This is one of 300 mixing boards in the world. There is only one guy who knows how to fix these in the U.S.
