Chill with new artist ZEKE . Self-proclaimed “viber,” this LA-bred songwriter/performer’s laidback style is the soundtrack for the free-spirited, care-free listener. His new hit, “OpM” (which stands for other people’s money) is a collaboration with rapper Dom Kennedy and has already won big with fans, making its mark on LA airwaves.

To many aspiring artists, hearing your song played on the radio is the ultimate prize, but for Zeke it is just one small token of his hard-earned labor and the soon-to-come rewards. Close to a decade of penning music, Zeke has spent years developing his performance prowess in Philly initially as a rapper until returning to his birthplace, Los Angeles, to pursue the other side of music as a writer.

Kobalt Music recognized Zeke’s writing abilities in 2009 and offered him a publishing deal. Since then, Zeke has worked with the likes of Amerie, The Runners, No ID, Dawn Richards of Dirty Money, and Dom Kennedy. Appearing in front of the mic this time around, Zeke’s music will soon sway crowds worldwide with his upcoming tape titled “2090” scheduled to drop Spring/Summer 2012.
