We ended our night off over at the Dim Mak party where Porter Robinson murdered the crowd.

If you’ve been keeping up with the blog and any of our other social media platforms, you’ve probably noticed that IMKING is in Austin, TX for SXSW. If you’re in the area, come visit the team along with our friends Orisue, Flud, and Rocksmith over at the Audible Treats showcase at the Kiss N Fly venue located at 404 Colorado St. Austin, TX 78701.

24 hours on the road, 5 passengers (one slam packed in the back), 9 bags of promo, 2 border patrol stops, one random dog search, 27 cutie oranges, 4 salads, and a house full of roommates with Orisue , Flud Watches , and the Doppelgangaz. This pretty much sums up our first day of our amazing trip to Austin, TX. #SXSW 2012, starts now!

Alex was being too generous by offering to drive the first 5 hours.

We packed every square inch of the car with luggage so we had to resort to stuffing our food in the glove compartment.

If you’ve driven on the 10 east to Austin, then you already know that it gets pretty boring staring a straight road the whole time. We decided to park and enjoy the view for a bit.

Alex got a little too excited when he saw the NIKE outlet off the freeway exit. So we were forced to stop by and check out some of the shops. First stop, Ralph Lauren.

We wanted to make sure that we brought something back nice for Kimo .

The night, or should I say morning, ended off with us filling up our gas tank for the fourth time and heading over to one of the best food spots in town…
