Here’s footage from an event at Grindtime Midwest.
Yeah I don’t always have to eat at authenic spots. It’s nice to find places that are americanized and the food still tastes great. I opted for us to go to Pei Wei. I really enjoy the food they serve and their cream cheese fried wontons are CRACK. The guys were reluctant to go here but I think they came out surprised it was better than it sounded. There should be many of these locations so just check out peiwei.com to find a spot near you.
I was asked by one of my friends to come watch him play “Handball” at the Staples Center. I said “They set up walls so you can play one on one against another person?” He said “No this is the one that is a mixture of Soccer, Basketball, and Football.” I looked at him with a really confused face and asked him to explain some more. I have never heard of this sport in my life and when he played some youtube videos, the sport looked really intense. It’s a big sport overseas and they are trying to get it bigger in the states. They have goals like soccer, dribble the ball like basketball, and block and shove like football. He also said we’d be seeing the Cavs vs. Clippers before the handball game took stage. I was not going to say no to seeing a new sport and Lebron James play the same night. Here is some photos and a video of what the sport is like.
